My Promise

Two Roles, One Mission

I help you stay well. And I help you prepare so that if your health ever fails, money is one less thing to worry about.

Stay Well

As a Certified Functional Nutrition Coach, I share practical guidance built around real food and steady habits that fit real life. My books put that guidance in your hands, so you can take simple steps for yourself and your family. If a serious illness comes anyway, that same health journey deserves financial protection and room to continue.

Be Ready

As a Financial Services Professional, I explain how some life insurance policies may include living benefits, in plain language with no jargon. Depending on the policy and circumstances, those benefits may provide financial help while you are still living if a serious illness comes, helping protect the health journey you have worked to build.

Stay well, be ready.

Health guidance and financial protection are two halves of one promise: help you care for your health now, and help you prepare for the financial strain that can come if your health fails.

Insurance

Preparation That Protects

Most people do not know that if a serious illness comes, some life insurance policies may pay benefits while they are still living. I help families understand that possibility as part of the same health journey: take practical steps to stay well now, and be financially ready if illness comes anyway.

What Are Living Benefits?

Some life insurance policies include living benefits, which may allow you to access money while you are still living if a qualifying serious illness comes. Depending on the policy and circumstances, those benefits may help with care and bills, so financial strain does not derail the health journey you have worked to protect.

Final Expenses, Handled With Love

I believe each of us has a responsibility to prepare for final expenses and final wishes, so that burden does not fall on the people we love. Planning ahead is one of the kindest ways to protect a family's financial wellbeing and the health journey they must continue after a loss.

For Churches and Community Groups

When illness or loss touches a family, the church is often the first place people turn. I speak to churches and community groups about why caring for health now and preparing financially for illness or loss belong in one plan. It is about protecting the health journey and the people we love, in plain language everyone can understand.
